1. Returns

Eligibility:
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Non-returnable Items:
Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items marked as Final Sale

2. Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
